María Juliana is a Colombian business leader with over 20 years of experience driving technological transformation in the energy sector. As CEO of INPEL S.A., she led the company’s evolution from a local engineering firm to a national benchmark in smart metering, power quality, and electric mobility solutions.

Under her leadership, INPEL expanded its impact through telemetry systems and SaaS platforms—helping utilities and industries modernize their energy ecosystems with clarity and precision. Her approach combines deep regulatory knowledge with business flexibility and innovation.

With a background in Economics and Executive Management, María Juliana has pursued further studies in corporate governance, sustainability, and leadership, both in Colombia and abroad. She is passionate about building purpose-driven businesses that align technology with long-term sustainability.
